Generates a new cache.
The cache module is placed in the lib directory and uses
Nebulex.Adapters.Local. The task also adds a config entry for it to
config/config.exs (or the project's :config_path), creating the file
if needed.

$ mix nbx.gen.cache -c MyApp.Cache
